Safety Policy at Tapylapy

Tapylapy is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users, with strict rules against abuse, harassment, violence, self-harm content, and any material related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Responsible entity: The Tapylapy app and website are owned and operated by SULTAN X LTD, a company registered in England, United Kingdom, company number 17198402, registered address: Flat 15, Aneurin Bevan Court, 55 Coles Green Road, London NW2 6EE, United Kingdom. Tapylapy is exclusively for persons 18 years or older.
Zero-tolerance CSAE policy: Publishing, requesting, sharing, or promoting any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, or any content that puts children at risk, is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate content removal, account suspension, evidence preservation, and cooperation with competent authorities as required by law. Out of respect for our users' privacy and the personal and family photos they exchange with one another, Tapylapy does not subject the content of private conversations to automated, proactive scanning; detection of any violation of this policy within private conversations relies on the in-app reporting system. We triage every report on receipt, and Tapylapy commits to prioritising child-safety and imminent-danger reports, investigating them urgently and taking appropriate action, and to making mandatory reports to law enforcement and relevant organizations (such as the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC) as required by applicable law.
Strict rules

Prohibited content

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation, including any suggestion or promotion of it.
  • Violence, abuse, threats, or encouragement of harm against any person.
  • Self-harm or suicide content, including instructions or encouragement. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away; we may show support resources to the users concerned.
  • Harassment, bullying, hate, blackmail, or sharing private information without consent.
  • Fake or abusive accounts used to harm other users or the platform.
  • Adult nudity and sexually explicit content.
  • Intimate images or videos of any person shared without their consent.
  • Terrorism and violent extremism, or promoting them.
  • Selling or promoting illegal drugs or weapons.
  • Fraud, scams, and financial deception.
  • Human trafficking, or services that promote sexual exploitation.
  • Dangerous challenges that may put participants or others at risk of harm.
  • Abuse of live gifts, such as deception, extortion, or pressuring others to send gifts.
  • AI-generated or edited content (such as "deepfakes") that shows a real person doing or saying things they did not, in a misleading or harmful way, is prohibited. Sexual or intimate fake content of a real person is always prohibited, and is also a criminal offence in the United Kingdom. Parody, satire, or art that is clearly labelled as synthetic and is neither misleading nor harmful is allowed.

Tapylapy reserves the right to remove any violating content immediately and to take appropriate action against the publishing account, and makes reasonable efforts to review and remove such content promptly once it becomes aware of it through the reporting system, without this constituting a commitment to proactively detect every instance. For the detailed rules, see our Community Guidelines.

Reporting system

How we handle reports

We provide reporting tools across chats, accounts, comments, live streams, and user profiles.

If content published on Tapylapy is about you (such as impersonation or AI-generated/deepfake content) and you don't have an account on the platform, you can submit a report directly, without needing to sign in or create an account, via our public report form.

We triage every report on receipt, prioritise child-safety (CSAE) and imminent-danger reports for urgent action, and aim to review ordinary reports typically within 24 to 48 hours. Some complex cases may take additional time.

This system also serves as Tapylapy's mechanism for reporting illegal content under the UK Online Safety Act 2023 (overseen by Ofcom): a report arrives through any in-app reporting tool or our public report form, is reviewed by our safety team to check whether the content violates applicable law — not only our own policies — and, once a violation is confirmed, is removed or access to it is disabled as swiftly as possible, in line with the priorities and target timeframes described above, with relevant authorities notified where the law requires it.

A comment may be automatically and temporarily hidden if the number of reports against it exceeds a certain threshold, pending review by our team; the comment's author may submit an objection if they believe the hiding was unwarranted through our support channels defined in the Contact section (in-app tools and [email protected]), and the objection is decided by an authorised administrator on the facts of the case (we aim to reply within 30 business days), who decides whether to restore the comment or permanently delete it.

Safety actions

Actions we may take

  • Remove violating content.
  • Temporarily or permanently restrict or suspend accounts.
  • Limit access to comments, chats, live streams, or visibility features.
  • Block abusive users and reduce the possibility of repeated abuse.
  • Cooperate with competent authorities when there is a real safety risk or serious legal violation.
  • The duration of a restriction is proportionate to the severity and recurrence of the violation: a non-serious violation leads to a temporary, proportionate restriction that escalates to longer periods only if the violation is repeated after a warning, whereas a serious violation may lead to a long-term or permanent restriction or a ban of the account.
  • Tapylapy has the right to end any live stream immediately and without prior notice if it violates this policy or the Terms of Use, regardless of any earnings expected from that stream. When a live stream is ended by force (by an administrator, moderation, an account ban or the system), gifts already received stay with the recipient and are not reversed, and the senders are not refunded; only unopened treasure-box coins are refunded where applicable. Restricting an account's ability to start new live streams follows the same rule as above: temporary and proportionate for non-serious violations, and potentially long-term or permanent for serious violations.

Any restriction or suspension resulting from a violation that is not classified as a "serious violation" under the definition set out in the Terms of Use is corrective or temporary in nature, and does not become a permanent or long-term restriction unless the same violation recurs after a prior warning was given, or it is reclassified as a serious violation under that definition.

A user affected by a content restriction, suspension, or ban decision under this section may submit a review request through the support channels defined in the Contact section below (in-app tools and [email protected]); the request goes to our support team and is decided by an authorised administrator on the facts of the case. We aim to reply within 30 business days. Submitting a request does not by itself suspend or undo the action. If, after review, a ban or termination is found to have been wrongful, the action is lifted, the account is restored and your full balance is returned.

When you appeal an account ban, in most cases a written message is all you need to send, with no photos. We ask for identity photos (three photos of your face from different angles and a photo of an identity document) only when the ban concerns a suspected minor (an account holder under the minimum age of 18) or a serious violation where who is behind the account matters, such as impersonation, illegal content or fraud. We request these photos only to decide the appeal (that is, to check age or identity in those cases) and use them for nothing else; the app explains why they are requested. Appeal photos are permanently and immediately deleted the moment the appeal is decided, whether approved or rejected; they are not archived and not kept. While an appeal is still open (pending, or more information requested), its photos are kept only until it is decided. What is kept for one year from the decision date is the written message of the appeal, the decision and the administrator's note (the appeal record), after which the record is deleted automatically. Retention of the appeal record during that period, and of any other records related to ban or restriction decisions, is governed by the exceptions described in our Account Deletion Policy regarding data that may be retained after account deletion for legal and defense purposes; this record is not automatically deleted simply because your account is deleted, for as long as it remains within this retention period.

To make the various review and appeal mechanisms described across our policies easier to find: a full account ban can be reviewed via the in-app ban screen, content restriction decisions via a review request as described above, and eligibility or financial freeze decisions can be taken to our support team for review (in-app tools or [email protected]) and are decided by an authorised administrator, with further detail in the Payments & Coins Policy or the Anti-Money Laundering Policy, as applicable. If, after review, a freeze is found to have been wrongful, it is lifted and the full balance is returned. If there is no decision within the 90-day internal review target, that silence is not a decision against you, and you may escalate or go to court.

Chats, calls and comments

Safety in interactions

Chats, audio/video calls, comments, and live streams must not be used for abuse, threats, harassment, blackmail, violent content, or targeting children.

Your private messages are confidential and protected, and we do not proactively monitor them. However, when a report is made, our safety team can review the reported message together with the surrounding messages (about 15 before and 15 after), or the whole conversation if the report concerns the conversation or group as a whole, under our Privacy Policy. Our staff open a chat only through a user report. Message text is encrypted at rest on our servers and travels over encrypted connections, but this is not end-to-end encryption, meaning our systems can decrypt it. Photos, videos and voice notes in chats are stored on our CDN under unlisted, hard-to-guess links and are not encrypted at rest; anyone who has a link can open it.

Calls are not recorded or stored by us; if you experience abuse during a call, you can block the user immediately from the call screen or their profile, then report the incident inside the app once the call ends so our safety team can review it.

Users can report or block others directly inside the app. Reports are reviewed based on severity and urgency.

The "Incognito" feature (available to some VIP subscribers) hides your name and photo from the audience only while it is active in comments or live streams; your real identity remains known internally to Tapylapy for compliance, enforcement, and legal cooperation purposes, and all conduct rules and this Safety Policy's reporting rules apply to you without any exception or immunity. Misusing this feature for harassment or policy violations subjects you to the same penalties as any other violation, including permanent removal of this feature regardless of your VIP subscription status.

Blocking another user immediately cuts off all direct interaction between you (messages, following, and the visibility of each party's posts to the other) in both directions, without notifying the blocked party; we retain a record of the block relationship for as long as either account remains active, for purposes of enforcing the block itself.
